Tools for Meditation | How to Meditate for Beginners
Today's vlog showing some great tools for meditation, and discussing how to meditate for beginners. I don't believe you NEED tools for meditating, however it's always great to have visual/audio/scent aids (senses). Check this out if interested in how to start meditating for beginners :)
Tools for Meditation
The most effective meditation practice for me is shamanic drumming, repeating mantra, or simply sitting still in nature and focusing on breathwork. More on frequency below! Beta: This rhythm roughly oscillating at 12-30 Hz is typically associated with waking consciousness, a heightened state of being alert, and logical thinking. It is the rhythm that we are typically at while we are going about our busy lives. As we go higher into this range typically we begin to experience more stress and anxiety.
